I loved it, engaging and fun the whole way through! Great job on the running towards the camera sequence. I think you matched the sounds perfectly and creatively, very inspiring little cartoon!

That take with the floor on perspective took me quite a while to get right (or atleast, right enough, heh), the theme for this jam was though but pretty cool to experiment with some unusual things in general; great you could find it inspiring! :D

I really like the design of the character, great use of light and shadow! My only critique is that if the portal is a doorway for the character he may have to crouch to make it through :P Very fun to look at!
